Just minutes from Ontario airport, this "typical Sheraton" pleases most with a "hassle-free check-in and check-out", a "wonderful staff", "beautiful common areas" and "comfortable" rooms that pass the "white-sock inspection" ("socks stay clean"); there's a "charge for Internet usage", but the "courtesy shuttle is great" for fliers, and "the ability to park your car at the hotel while you're on a trip is extremely helpful."

It was clean.
The room was very small and they didn't leave enough coffe each day for 2 people (they only left enough to make 1 cup).
Good for business but don't stay in the room long, it was cramped and stuffy. The room got very warm but the AC blew directly on you and froze you out the moment it came on.

Beautiful gardens.
Handicapped room and electricity was not working.
The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing for a three stars hotel. We have certainly had better accommodations.

24 hour shuttle to airport and parking for your pod at hotel.

The hotel is clean with friendly staff. The 24 hour shuttle and the ability to park your car at the hotel while you are on a trip was extremely helpful. Rosa's Italian restaurant is near by and is said to have excellent cuisine. ...read more
